The most advanced car from BMW, at the moment, the i8, was unveiled at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show basically confirming all the rumors about it and leaving the room speechless once it came out.
The car was also taken around the world ever since, to be admired by as many people as possible, until it will be officially driven on public roads, starting next year. It was on display at the Voiles De Saint-Tropez and now it's at the 2013 Dubai Motor Show.

Our main man, Shmee150 was on spot to film it and let us feel some of the vibes of this year's show. The i8, as usual, is looking absolutely stunning, in its white version, gathering an impressive crowd around it, and how could it not?

It's powered by a 1.5-liter 3-cylinder engine that makes 231 HP and 320 Nm of torque and an electric unit that makes 131 HP and 250 Nm of torque, adding up to a total of 362 HP and 570 Nm (420 lb-ft) of torque.

With such numbers, the car reaches 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.4 seconds, has a limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph) and returns an average fuel consumption of 94 mpg (2.5 l/100km).
