BMW Heiress Blackmailed Over Affair

The richest woman in Germany, part of the Quandt family, Susanne, has recently hit some stormy waters. For those of you who don't know, the Quandt family is responsible for saving BMW from bankruptcy back in the day which is why today she's one of the wealthiest in the country.

Though with enough money to buy a small country, the family, including Susanne, lives a very quiet life, out of the public, but all that changed recently when the richest woman in Germany, as she's been dubbed by the German press, made front pages with a sex scandal.

Wait until you hear this one folks, cuz it's a doozey! The 46-year-old woman has been working hard to keep out of the public. So hard in fact that she worked under an alias at the BMW company. That's where she met her husband, Jan Klatten, an engineer. The two hit it off during her apprenticeship and later became romantically involved. A marriage soon followed, but the man had no idea who she really was until the vary last minute.

Now they live a happy, secluded life with their three children and everything should have been a continuous “happily ever after”. Except Susanne turns out had some secret desires to fulfill and that's why she got involved with another man, a Swiss-Italian hustler by the name of Helg Sgarbi. This sorry fool worked a chicken fast food stand but somehow managed to convince the heiress that he was in fact a multilingual expert who worked as a special envoy in war zones (the man had aspirations).

After a couple of hot dates in hotel rooms, several video tapes were made and the cunning Swiss asked for no less than 40 million euros in exchange for the compromising material. Even if that's pocket money for her, Susanne decided to take the matter to the proper authorities who quickly accuse the man of blackmail.

When asked about his motives (which is kind of redundant since the man was clearly looking to make a quick buck), the hustler simply said that he was trying to get revenge for his Jewish grandfather's forced labor in the Quandt's family plants during the war.

That's actually a sad excuse but it does have some truth to that as the family was recently put under investigation after it was found that Jewish work force was indeed supplied to them during the Nazi regime.

Susanne will keep her 10 billion euros, the amount she's estimated to worth right now and the man will probably go down for blackmail, but to people it's just a juicy scandal, one that proves that we are all human and prone to the same temptations. What would you do for 40 million euro?
