There’s no doubt, in our mind, that rally racing is the best motorsport out there, hands down. The skill you need to drive a car well within the 100 mph range on a gravel road, through thick forests or on the edge of high cliffs is absolutely crazy.
No only skill is needed but also a little bit of craziness, otherwise, you couldn’t finish one single race. The moment you panic behind the wheel of a rally car you either end up wheels up or you crash into something on the side. There’s no middle ground here.

In the world of rally racing BMWs are pretty well known, despite being rear-wheel-drive and not particularly grippy at times. Even so, the E30 and E36 M3s have seen their fair share of racing over the years and they are still considered pretty impressive on any kind of track.

Case and point, this BMW E36 M3 rallying somewhere in Estonia. Unfortunately details are scarce but we were amazed by the height and length this car pulled in one single jump.

The original video already has over 600,000 hits on Youtube even though it was published just a week ago. What’s most impressive about it is that the driver didn’t even flinch (as you can see in the second video) when the car landed but just kept on going, earning our outmost respect.

One thing’s for certain: if Buzz Lightyear was onboard when the car got airborne, an ‘To Infinity and Beyond!’ would’ve surely been heard!
