Yesterday we told you that BMW already has 2 finalists in the contest for the coveted title of World Car of the Year award, the two being the 4 Series Coupe and the i3 EV.
Yet that’s not all for BMW. They also have a finalist in the World Luxury Car of the year category and that model is the brand new F15 X5. Of course, all the other rivals in this category are also pretty impressive.

Amongst them you’ll find the Bentley Flying Spur, Cadillac ELR and Escalade, Maserati Ghibli and Quattroporte, the S-Class and even the Rolls-Royce Wraith. Pretty hard to top all these cars but I’m still hopeful.

Talking about luxury on the X5 you can’t miss out on the brand new Individual Program features the car can now be fitted with. Amongst them you’ll find new leather upholstery choices and a wider paint offering that will make your SAV stand out for sure.

The new model even offers new Design Worlds that are meant to emphasize the exclusive character of the car. You can choose between Design Pure Excellence and Design Pure Experience, both of them coming with specific trims and features. Prices for the F15 X5 start at $52,800 in the US.
