BMW F15 X5 Looks Squeaky Clean on HRE Wheels

The new X5 has an even more imposing look that definitely helps it stand out in the crowd. Compared to the previous model, the new one has an even more aggressive front fascia, especially when fitted with the M Sport body kit, like the one we’re taking a look at here.

What caught our eye on this particular car is how squeaky clean it looks on its new aftermarket wheels. As you probably guessed already they are HRE’s own P101 with a Satin Silver finish, measuring 22x10 inches up front and a massive 22x12.5 inches round the back.

This being an SUV, we would’ve like a bit more rubber around them but let’s be honest, few people actually take cars like the X5 off road and if they do, it will probably be by accident.

What the new wheels showed, however, was the smallness of the brake discs behind them. This being an xDrive35i model, it doesn’t need a whole lot of stopping power but things still look a bit off here.

Nevertheless, the Bimmer looks expensive with all sorts of optional features on, including the adaptive LED headlights that are worth every penny, as we found out in our own BMW F15 X5 review.
