The BMW F10 M5 comes fitted with reflectors in the rear bumper. However, some people dread them because they stand out too much and want to get rid of them by any means necessary.
One way is to replace them with painted ones, in the same (or even different) color. The way to do this is really simple and we'll explain it in a short DIY, right here.
So, in order to do this you'll only need some painter tape, a nylon pry bar and replacement reflectors. The first thing you'll do is place painter tape on the side of your reflector (any side you'd like).
Then, you'll insert the nylon pry bar into the side that you picked and you'll press to the outside, using the side as a lever. The reflector might brake on the first try but that's no biggie, as you were already trying to replace or remove it.
Once the reflector is out, in order to install the new one, you won't need any tools. All you need to do is just press the new ones on. You'll hear some clicks, letting you know everything is in place. That's it!
For pics just take a look at the photo gallery, and you'll even see how it's done. Enjoy!
