Sometimes, owners of extremely powerful cars don't realize the dangers they expose themselves to and how much skill is needed to control such beasts. Unfortunately for this unlucky M3 driver, he found out the hard way.
Last Sunday, in Dordrecht, a western city in Holland, a BMW M3 crashed into a building. According to local press, the driver was 51 years old and lost his life in the tragic accident, even though the emergency response medical teams arrived at the site of the accident shortly after it happened.
An equally unlucky passenger was taken into the hospital and is currently kept under observation, his life being saved by the car's safety features. According to the first reports from the Traffic Accident Analysts from the Rotterdam Police, the car first went through a security gate and then crashed into the building.
The damage done to the building is extensive and show us how fast the car must've been going. This is just a reminder of how horribly wrong things can get in just a second of negligence.
