When talking about the Nurburgring, most people mention record lap times and performance taken to the limit. Most cars that go through the Nurburgring are trying to beat some sort of a record, or even a personal best.
However, sometimes some of us just want to have fun with our cars. This is a perfect example of how you can have fun on a random day on a proper race track. The car in the video below gets the "drive it like you stole it" treatment without any sign of remorse.

It's an E34 M5 with an Eisenmann exhaust and it's beautiful. We're lucky the driver decided to take a friend with him and record his drifting around the Nordschleife. The car, which is now 20 years old, has a 3.8-liter inline 6-cylinder engine with 340 HP and 400 Nm of torque available from 4,750 RPM. It was hand made by BMW's M division and still goes like it's day one.
