Things are getting out of hand with these spots BMW created to explain the i3 to everyone out there. The first time we encountered one such video we though that was it, that no other will follow but then came the second and the third and they just keep on coming.
This time, the BMW i3 father and son duo is talking about charging the new EV. The boy plays a stupid character that has no idea what an electric vehicle is, as if it was so hard to figure out. It’s in the name, dummy!
After the father explains the advantages of the i3 (such as silence and no trips to the gas station anymore) they finally arrive at home and plug the car into a regular socket because ‘there’s no need for BMW’s fast charging wallbox’. Yeah, right! We’d like to see customers doing that at home.
