BMW Announces UK Sales Network for i Models

Just as we expected, the official launch of BMW's first all-electric car, the i3, will surely be done only when all the logistic stuff is sorted out. In this regard, BMW UK just announced the dealerships where the i3 will be sold and serviced.

The network is comprised of 46 dealerships located mainly in high-density areas, with easy access for its clients. Also, starting with this official release, all these BMW showrooms will start taking deposits on the i3 and i8.

“With the announcement of our BMW i retail network we are open for business and taking deposits on the i3 and i8. Our BMW i dealerships are located in the areas of the UK with the highest concentrations of population," said BMW Group UK Managing Director, Tim Abbott.

Well, that's it folks. If you live in the UK, you can now officially go down to one of these dealerships (you'll find them all in the attached PDF) and put down an initial deposit for BMW's eco-friendly cars.
