BMW UK and Sky Arts have been working together for a decade, making sure their audience gets exactly what they are looking for. In order to celebrate this occasion, the Germans released a couple of new videos that aim at showcasing the character of the new 4 Series Coupe and Convertible.
In this regard, some of the best designers in the UK were contracted and asked to put their brilliant minds at work and create unique spots that would emphasize the new cars.

The first one that was published belongs to Lightning and Kinglyface only to be soon followed by the creation of Alistair McClymont and photographer Bison, all of them with a different take on the cars. While the former used the Coupe, Alistair went for the Gran Coupe and Bison  for the Convertible, using laser lights to showcase its attractive body and curves.

Sky Arts (previously known as Artsworld) is a group of television channels that offer 18 hours a day of programs dedicated to arts, including theatrical performances, movies, documentaries and music.

According to their own website, the idea behind creating these special movies came from BMW and is focused on the artistry at play in the cars’ performance-based design.

Speaking about their spot (featured below), Lightning & Kinglyface said that their love of experimenting with unusual materials brought them to this particular choice.

"We wanted to display the width of the car in an abstract way, but one that didn't detract from the beauty and curves of the car. The Mylar fabric moves beautifully and is durable yet delicate, in many ways much like the 4 Series," said the pair.

Well, we won’t keep you any more and let you enjoy the video. You can watch the other two as well here and here.
