BMW is about to reveal a brand-new concept next month. Dubbed Concept Active Tourer Outdoor, the vehicle will be unwrapped at the 2013 OutDoor exhibition in Friedrichshafen, Germany.
Little is known about this concept car, but BMW says it its aimed at “meeting the special need of an outdoor and leisure time oriented target group”. If you ask us, this means that the Active Tourer Outdoor study will preview the company’s seven-seater 1 Series GT, which our photographers spotted testing last month.
“The BMW Concept Active Tourer Outdoor combines comfort and dynamic design with a high level of spatial functionality and intelligent access to BMW ConnectedDrive services,” the Munich-based manufacturer added, but we’ll have to wait three weeks more to find out more about this new vehicle.
The unveiling will take place at a press conference held on July 12 within the framework of the OutDoor exhibition in Friedrichshafen.
