Remember that “V12” badge which makes the BMW 7-Series a lot more special when it’s there? Well, the badge is now 25 years old and the carmaker is celebrating this by releasing a special edition of the 7-Series.
Dubbed V12 25 Years Edition, the model uses the current 760Li as a starting point and will only be offered on the US market. Only 15 units of the car are to be produced, each being priced at $159,695 (EUR124,940) with deliveries scheduled to debut early next year.

The tech side of the car has remained unchanged, which means that the long hood hides a 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 powerplant that places 535 hp at the driver’s right foot.

The vehicle is dressed in Citrine Black, a color coming from BMW Individual, riding on special 20-inch wheels. Climbing aboard, we find a Merino leather upholstery, “V12 25 Years Edition” logos places in the door entry sills, i-Drive controllers and headrests, BMW Individual Piano Black wood trimming, as well as an Alcantara headliner.
