As the BMW 4 Series Coupe reviews and first drives keep on coming up, we were bound to hear from the most pretentious ones out there too, Top Gear.
They were also present at the M Performance Parts unveiling event in Portugal and got the chance to experience the 435i first hand. Their take on the car was actually better than the one of Chris Harris and that says a lot.
The lower center of gravity and wider tracks of the car were also the highlights of their review alongside the revised steering that feels more connected now and the engine sound that is remarkable.
Compared to the 3 Series, you can easily see the changes and whilst the suspension could use a bit more work, we're guessing that the BMW engineers left that for the M4 to handle, to make it a better car overall.
Bottom line, the 4 Series is exactly what people expected of the 3 Series Coupe replacement. Yes, there is still room for improvement but that's what the M Performance Parts are here for.
