Despite its hefty price increase over the standard Coupe model, the Convertible 4 Series will arrive in Australia in March, as promised.
Compared to its permanently hard top brother, the one with the retractable roof will be AUD18,000 more. The entry level model will be the 420i (AUD88,800) followed by the 420d (AUD97,500), the 428i (AUD97,500) and the top of the line 435i (AUD126,600).

As for the standard kit, the 4 models will be similar to their Coupe brothers, with the added functionality of a wind deflector and heated front seats that come free of charge.

Furthermore, despite being hot all the time, the 435i will also have an Air Collar function that heats up the back of your neck, in case you need it (in Australia?).

Of course, it goes without saying that 18” alloys, bi-xenon headlights, climate control, parking sensors with rear-view camera, electric front seats and the professional navigation come standard on all models.
