BMW's brand new F33 4 Series convertible recently played a major role in James Blunt's latest clip for the song "Postcards". If you've never seen a music video from a well know artist that doubles as a car commercial, keep watching!
The soulful track has the usual mix of love and anguish, but the video is a joyful one and has a Miami vibe to it. And what better car to go with hula shirts and palm trees than a black BMW with a bright red leather interior, right?

Because BMW lent James the car for his music video, he kindly took us behind the scenes and shared his impressions on the 4 Series. Apparently, the ultimate driving machine is great for avoiding watermelons and talking to fans on Facebook via iDrive. Yes, it struck us as a bit scripted and fake, but promoting cars is always that way!

After going behind the scenes of the video, make sure to check out James' new song below. There are girls in the back seat of a convertible being romanced with a very small ukulele guitar. How can you not like that?

Look for the girl in the pink shorts. Apparently, she's a journalist who came to interview James Blunt the day before the shoot and ended up in his video after he serenaded her with "You're Beautiful".

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
