BMW 328i Driver Fails Miserably at Drifting in Monaco

Not everyone is a drift master like Tiff or Chris Harris and we’re pretty sure not everyone wants to be. However, sometimes it’s better to know your place rather than be ridiculed on the internet or worse.
It’s the case of this driver that got himself a good looking F30 328i decked with M Performance Parts and headed out to Monaco, trying to impress the ladies and the regular people on the road. The problem is, he failed. Miserably.

Now, you’d say that the car probably had something to do with it as well. As far as we’re concerned, we think not. That’s because the 328i has plenty of power and torque to break traction on the rear wheel, at any moment.

The 2-liter inline 4-cylinder N20 engine under the bonnet makes 245 HP and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque in its standard guise. Unfortunately, this model cannot be equipped with the M Performance Power kit that's available for the 335i (as it seems to be sporting every bit of M Performance parts available). That one would have around 340 HP and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft) of torque, plenty for anything involving smoke coming out of the rear tires.

Speaking of how stupid he ends up looking, we should mention that the car is actually pretty neat. It’s wearing the M Performance front splitter, the side sills, wheels, and rear bumper as well as the mirror covers. Basically, everything you can get. Heck, it’s even sporting a Hamann sticker on the windshield, making the uploader think that this was a proper Hamann ride. Unfortunately for him, he didn’t know that the German tuner doesn’t deal with the 3 Series.
