The South African division of German manufacturer BMW announced this week the availability of the Dynamic Edition for the new 3 Series, a special edition available only for the 320i, 320d and 335i models.

The Dynamic Edition is based on the M Sport version of the 3 Series and boasts a series of visual enhancements. The defining element of these enhancements is carbon fiber, used extensively on the front splitter, mirror caps and rear spoiler.

The car is fitted with dark chrome 18 inch alloy wheels, dark chrome tail pipes and Blue Shadow Cloth and alcantara upholstery with Royal Blue stitching. Special floor mats with Royal Blue piping and Edition door entry sill strips complete the special edition look.

The BMW 3 Series sedan Dynamic Edition is only available in three colors, Alpine White, Blue Water Metallic and Space Grey Metallic. Unfortunately for those already eyeing one, there will be only 300 units of the special edition built.

As usual, the special edition will be packed with services offered by BMW ConnectedDrive. Prices for the Dynamic Edition were not announced.

For both body styles, the choice of petrol engines is made up of four- and six-cylinders units, while the diesel engines comprise of one four-cylinder and two six-cylinders units.

In the US, the all-wheel drive 328i xDrive Coupe and 335i xDrive Coupe will retail starting at $38,975 and $45,425 respectively, while the top of the range 335is will start at $50,525.
