In that regard, BMW decided to introduce the newest and biggest 3 Series model in the communist country, the 3 Series Gran Turismo. With its impressive size, the GT has 70mm (2.8 inches) extra leg room in the back, is 59mm (2.3 in.) taller than the Touring model and has up to 100 liters more storage room.
The 3 Series GT will definitely be a success, even though it will be imported, unlike its smaller brothers that are locally built at the BMW-Brilliance factory in Shenyang. The models that will be introduced in China include the 320i, 325i and 335i, with no diesel for the moment.
