June 6th marked the launch of BMW's 3 Series GT in Malaysia. Unfortunately for the Malaysian fans of the car, the first model that will be available in the Asian country is the 328i and not the 320d.
Powered by the award-winning N20 engine with 245 HP and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque, the new 3er will be starting at RM348,800 ($112,000) and comes with standard equipment such as 18" light-alloy wheels, a choice from 6 different colors for the exterior and leather for the interior.
Since most BMW fans from Malaysia requested the 320d model, BMW will surely introduce the diesel alternative in the near future, to bring the customers the exact car they want, as the Bavarian manufacturer always does.
