This year’s Frankfurt Motor Show is set to bring us the BMW 2 Series Coupe, with the vehicle even expected to be introduced online a few weeks before the event. As for the market availability, the latest report shows that the 2 Series is expected to go on sale in March next year.
When it comes to the convertible, which will use a sot top like the 1 Series convertible, this is expected to follow the coupe shortly.
The BMW 2 Series coupe will make its debut as the 218i, 225i and 220d. However, these will be followed by the M235i (pictured above) and M235i xDrive, which are set to enter production in November. In addition, BMW will offer xDrive on more models in the 2 Series range.
Later on, we’ll receive the range-topping M2. The vehicle, which should come with a price of $69,000 or EUR52,700, is expected to arrive in 2015.
BMW is set to introduce the 2 Series coupe as the 218i, 225i and 220d when the vehicle is launched. Subsequently, we’ll get versions such as the M235i and M235i xDrive. Speaking of all-wheel drive, this option will be offered on more models.
