We all heard that BMW is understating the amount of power its engines usually make but for some people those figures aren’t nearly enough. They somehow feel the need to get some proper upgrades for their rides, like the owner of this E82 135i Coupe.
His car put down 317 HP and 442 Nm (326 lb-ft) of torque in standard guise. Since the video description says that the car is a just a 135i model and not an 135is version, that means it was already making 11 HP and 42 Nm (31 lb-ft) of torque more than it was supposed to, as the N54 engine on these cars is rated at 306 HP and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque.

However, our man wanted a hell of a lot more so he went to Digiservices and just asked for added ponies. A Stage 1 upgrade wouldn’t’ve cut it when you have the new M4 out with 431 HP on tap at every corner.

Therefore, they went for a Stage 4 upgrade, and that means they added not only a new ECU map but also a Wagner intercooler, new turbos and a JB4 tune. The result? 450 HP and 653 Nm (482 lb-ft) of torque according to their dyno runs and that’s at the wheels!

The increase is certainly stunning, and we’re pretty sure an M4 would have to run pretty hard to keep up with this tuned 135i. The question that lingers in our mind is how is the transmission handling all of this newfound power?
