Blue Man Group Introduces the 2010 Toyota Prius

As incredible as it may seem, you have lived to see this as well! Perhaps after running out of advertising ideas for Toyota cars, the company has thought of hiring the Blue Man Group to promote its little hybrid car.

In fact, the first official video of the 2010 Toyota Prius was filmed, we would say, in an extraterrestrial manner. And since the new model will make its sparkling appearance  at the Detroit Auto Show next month, Toyota felt the need to promote it in advance.

But coming back to the video and the extraterrestrial perspective adopted by the Blue Man Group, this could have been hardly imagined for the best-selling sedan in history.

Here's what happens in the video more exactly: preparing us for what is going to come soon, three blue men (Thank God they weren't green) introduce you to the Toyota Prius mysteries. Partially at least. And that is how to start it, how to benefit from the facilities offered by the hybrid car or how to “refuel” it.

As a matter of fact, they are exploring themselves the new model just like in the science fiction movies when aliens came on Earth to study the human civilization. However, they are friendly and seem quite surprised with their discovery.

Although the video is intended to be fun, an idea emphasized by the music from the 1960s in the background and to the moves of the blue individuals, it ends up being a bit weird... or perhaps a little bit more. Not to mention the plot! But if that's going to sell more cars, no comment!
