As we said before, when it comes to China, expect anything. The abundance of weird looking BMWs in the communist country is incredible. That's even more peculiar when you think about the price tags these cars have over there.
However, we're starting to notice that Chinese buyers are slowly growing up. After seeing cars like the Jesus-bearing 5er, baby blue M3, Brunette Z4 and rainbow purple 525i we were actually disappointed but things are starting to come around.
First we saw an original Valencia Orange 1M Coupe and we were impressed. After that, a Matte White 5 Series GT turned up and then a quite tasteful X5 M showed us that the Chinese are really rethinking their choices in paint jobs.
Today we're looking at a clean, Gloss Black M3 and we like it. Spotted in the Sanlitun district of Beijing, this Bimmer has a black-on-black finish that lets us know there's still hope for the Chinese BMWs.
