As far as we know, gangsters seem to have a liking for beautiful, powerful cars. You won't see a real gangster/mafioso/capo in a Prius or a Neon. No! You'll see them in either a BMW, a Mercedes or a Maybach. That's how they roll.
Even the guys from Top Gear did a special a while back, trying to figure out what car would be best for an Albanian crime lord and they had to choose between the Rolls-Royce Ghost, a Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG and a Bentley Mulsanne (eh, the Mulsanne was 'special').
However, the E60 M5 would definitely also fit the profile. Especially, this one. It was turned into a black on black beast with K3 Projekt studded wheels (codenamed Projekt One), some lowering springs and tinted windows, of course.
We're not really sure about the Eisenmann exhaust though, as it might make the car too loud for practical use, but that must've been a choice done with the heart, not the brain.
