Biller Has Evidence of Toyota Cover-Up

The battle between former Toyota attorney Dimitrios Biller and the Japanese manufacturer heated up today, after the Marshall, Texas court decided to issue a restraint order against Toyota and prevent it from destroying evidence.

Apparently, Biller turned up to court yesterday armed with hundreds of documents which reportedly support his claims. According to the documents, Toyota allegedly concealed and destroyed evidence regarding at least 300 accidents.

"This is clearly information that Toyota does not want the public to see. Now it has found a safe haven from shredders. These boxes may contain the only surviving evidence of the cover-up and destruction of evidence alleged by Mr. Biller. Toyota's accident victims need to see the information inside these boxes immediately to find out if the Japanese auto giant perverted the course of American justice," Biller attorney, Todd Tracy said.

It is yet unclear what the documents contain, yet according to Tracy's law firm, the four "large banker boxes" containing the incriminating evidence has been submitted to judge T. John Ward and labeled as four exhibits.

Also not clear is how Biller managed to get hold of the documents, given the fact that he is not on Toyota's payroll since 2007. According to the Tracy Firm Attorneys at Law, the boxes containing the evidence came from "an insider."

As said, earlier today Toyota was issued a restraining order, to prevent it from destroying documents related to liability cases, research, testing and even the ones subject to destruction under document retention policies.

Tracy compares Toyota's alleged actions with the Watergate cover-up.
