We are pretty sure that you’ve already watched the “On the Run Tour” trailer the famous American music couple released last week. Starring crazy superstars like Sean Penn or Don Cheadle, amongst others, Beyonce and Jay-Z are riding in a beautiful American classic in their newest video. The clip already created shuddering amongst fans, which are now asking for a real movie.
The 16-city tour that is slated to kick off on June 25th at Sun Life Stadium in Miami was promoted with a smashing trailer, at first believed to be an actual trailer for a new movie.
We have to say, Beyonce and Jay-Z riding together in that white-beauty Cadillac Eldorado made us feel like we were watching a Bonnie and Clyde type of scene. Actually, fans around the world are, as we speak, signing a petition via change.org calling on Jay and Bey to make a full-length feature film out of the clip.
About the car now. As much as you can tell, it is that two-door personal luxury car manufactured and marketed by the Cadillac Division of General Motors, the Eldorado. It is a classic 2-door convertible that was produced from 1952 until 2002. The early models were at the top of the Cadillac line, while the original 1952 Eldorado convertible and the Eldorado Brougham models of 1957-1960 were the most expensive models that the company offered in those years.
