The last day of February brought the announcement of BMW's annual Center of Excellence honors for the top performing dealerships in the US.
From the total of 338 dealers present on the US territory at the moment, 33 were handed out the COE award for their high performance in customer satisfaction in 2012, outstanding brand representation, operational excellence and profitability.
President and CEO of BMW North America, Ludwig Willisch had this to say: "I am always very proud to welcome the Center of Excellence winners and this year we have a strong mix of repeat and new winners. Being a COE has never been more critical to the success of our brand and we are all inspired by their accomplishments.”

It takes commitment, adaptability and consistency to reach the ranks of a COE dealership,” said Peter Miles, BMW of North America Executive VP of Operations.
