Another day, another collaboration, this being the case of the famous Jaguar brand. Apparently, the company has teamed up with luxury French luggage label Moynat in order to produce a unique trunk.
So, since we’re talking about Jaguar, it was only natural to have them bring something interesting. Thus, the company along with Moynat brought forth a a bespoke trunk designed specifically to fit the Jaguar F-Type. It was not an easy job as designing this particular trunk took more than 900 working hours, the structure being moulded to form by hand with eight layers of wood. Moreover, since Jaguar is a company known for its attention to details, the truck was covered by vegetal dyed leather in a slate grey shade, to match the car body.
Both companies appeared to be delighted about the whole thing, Moynat’s artistic director, Ramesh Nair, saying that “It was a pleasure to collaborate with Jaguar to create this piece. Our brands share a commitment to beautiful design combined with quality and functionality – qualities which are espoused in this bespoke trunk.”
The one-of-a-kind piece made its debut at Moynat’s boutique official opening in London and we’re pretty certain all Jaguar car owners took interest in the trunk. In case you didn’t know, Moynat is renowned for its production of made-to measure and travel accessories.
Besides all of this, the guys form Jaguar are pleased to announce that the company is also offering a range of bespoke F-Type luggage. This includes a laptop bag, garment bag, a wash bag as well as a five-piece range comprising two suitcases- all designed to fit the boot space of the F-type.
