In case you’ve missed all the fashion news lately, we’re here to remind you that Bentley has recently embraced their female side partnering up with fashion designer Frida Weyer and created a limited-edition handbag collection. Before even talking about luxury auto makers and handcrafted exclusive bags, we’d like to warn you about the advertorial for the new line, which features a runway show that was part of Berlin Fashion Week.
OK, there is no more surprise in finding all these luxury automakers embracing all sorts of fashion ventures just for the sake of basically being present on any market. From baby karts to kid cars, from chess tables to sunglasses and what not, more and more exclusive car builders opt for this type of marketing. And Bentley is one of the first to rock this way.

Now, their newest product is a limited-edition handbag they have created, with German designer Frida Weyer presenting it at the Berlin Fashion Week. Created from a timeless combination of fine materials and meticulous craftsmanship, each bag bears a single unique identifying number. Ladies can chose from two models that both come in five distinctive color ways.

Two models

The Barnato in Imperial Blue & Linen is crafted from calfskin and finished with a quilted interior. It bears the name of Diana Barnato, the daughter of former Bentley chairman Woolf Barnato. An experienced aviator and the first British woman to break the sound barrier, Bentley claims her achievements are reflected in the bag’s combination of ambitious design and practicality.

The second model, called the Continental in Special Ivory, is obviously inspired by the model car itself. Ever since the first Bentley Continental roared into life in 1952, the Continental name has stood for the very best in design, craftsmanship and performance. According to its maker, this celebrated design DNA is reflected in every detail of the bag, from the flawless leather exterior to the refined interior detailing.

Unfortunately there is no price tag offered so far, so you’ll just have to check out the video below.
