Bentleys Get Pimped with MTM Birkin Edition

In case the power and performance provided by your Bentley isn't enough to satisfy your need for adrenaline, the guys over at MTM have developed the perfect solution: the so-called Birkin Edition aftermarket kit for the Continental GT, GTC, Flying Spur, GT Speed, GTC Speed and Continental Supersports, which could increase the final output to no less than 650 horsepower and 795 Nm of torque.

To get straight to the point, the Continental GT gets a power boost of 90 horsepower for the V12 engine. This translates into a 0 to 60 sprint of just 4.9 seconds and to 124 mph (200 km/h) in 15.9 seconds, which means the tuned model is about 3 seconds faster compared with the standard model. In order to handle such a huge output, the tuner installed large 412 millimeters brake discs with six-piston calipers.

Obviously, there are numerous enhancements, including an upgraded exhaust and an electronic lowering module that reduces the height by around 35 mm at the rear and 25 mm at the front.

Here are all the parts included in the Birkin Edition package (as provided by MTM):

  • MTM performance enhancement to 635 Hp (467) and 650 Hp (478 kW)
  • MTM stainless steel exhaust system, centre and end muffler incl. throttle control
  • MTM 4-pipe rear spoiler
  • MTM 10.5x21-inch ET40 sports alloy rims
  • MTM 412 x 38 mm brakes for front axle, "diamond cut" brake discs "shiny silver" 6 disc-brake caliper
  • MTM F-Cantronic for pneumatic shock-absorbing chassis (VA up to 35 mm, HA up to 25 mm lower)
  • MTM height-adjustable thread sports chassis
  • MTM spacers
  • MTM chromed grille
  • MTM guarantee, TÜV certification
