Where there is luxury, there has to be style and subtle taste. A true gentleman will not only drive a luxury limousine, but will most likely be chauffeured while calmly waiting for the driver to take him to his destination.
That is what we’re supposed to get, that’s the message luxury car makers send every time they come up with a new men’s collection. Their new fragrance is allegedly capturing the legendary excitement of the iconic British brand, using a “modern and fresh appeal for new generation of international individuals”.

Since good things come in small bottles yet not everybody has the same taste, Bentley figured the best thing to do is to come up with two versions, the Bentley Infinite Eau de Toilette and Intense Eau de Perfume.

The first is build to an enticing succession of scents: natural, fresh, citrus top notes combine with the green, aromatic hints of lavender and cedar. These are followed by subtle notes of bourbon pepper, violet and geranium. The final layer comes of patchouli, vetiver from Haiti and an exclusive hint of ambergris.

The second comes with an even longer-lasting fragrance experience, since it contains a particularly high percentage of aromas. Its strong first impressions are of black pepper combined with geranium, lavender and violet. These are completed by nutmeg, elemi (a valuable Arabian tree gum), Siam benzoin (the balmy scented resin of the styrax tree) and a hint of ambergris.

With all these mixed together, Bentley had to prepare quite a special bottle to keep things in great elegance. Crafted from high quality heavy glass, the Bentley Infinite bottle is reminiscent of cut crystal whose straight lines run into elegant curves. The margins are coated with metal and the metal cap is finished with a diamond cut.

The center of the bottle is emblazoned with the Bentley symbol, the “Flying B”, which is also found on the front of the silver box. In case you’re interested in what the luxury car maker has to offer, you’re going to have to wait until April 2015 when the new men’s line will arrive in stores.
