Bentley has recently announced its Power on Ice Performance Driving Programme 2014, with the company offering us some footage as bait.
Basically, the Brits are inviting you to learn how get sideways, as well as how to avoid doing so in their Continental. The classes take place in Northern Finalnd, where you’ll get to slide on the surface of frozen lakes. You can see some of the action in the clip below.

We didn’t get any ice during our Bentley Continental test drives, but we did drive the car on sand, out in the desert. We found an exquisite level of control, with out without the electronics, as the 60:40 all-wheel drive system does its job in a pleasing way.
