Bentley Mulsanne and Continental Supersports Convertible at Salon Prive

This year’s edition of the UK’s Salon Prive, which is scheduled to be held between July 21 and 23, will see Bentley reveal its new Mulsanne flagship to the British public and exhibit the 202 mph Continental Supersports Convertible.

The Mulsanne offers an incredibly high level of luxury and coach built elegance, with each example of the car needing 86 hours just for the painting process. The exquisite vehicle is powered by a re-engineered 6 and 3/4 liters V8 powerplant that uses twin-turbocharging to develop 512 HP and 1.020 Nm of torque and is matted to an 8-speed automatic transmission.

The new Continental Supersports Convertible, with its 6 liter, 630 hp engine, is the world’s fastest four seat convertible and the automotive manufacturer’s most powerful open-air vehicle ever. In addition to that, the Supersports is a state-of the art vehicle, as it is fitted with the FlexFuel technology that allows it to run on both petrol and ethanol.

Bentley will be represented at the Salon Prive by its official Mayfair dealership, Jack Barclay London.

Salon Prive is the perfect environment for our customers to see these new models because like Bentley, the event is a showcase for the best in luxury, performance and style,” said Tom King of Jack Barclay.

Salon Prive will once again transform the famous lawns of London’s Hurlingham Club, with Europe’s largest single display of luxury cars, supercars and some of the finest classic cars, creating a motoring and social occasion unlike any other. Bentley is the latest in a host of luxury brands to confirm attendance at the UK’s most refined and exclusive motoring event,” stated the press release.
