Sometimes, after thousands of hours of development, a concept will look brilliant to its designers but a total dog to potential customers. One such chase is the EXP 9 F SUV concept, which got Bentley all the wrong attention in Geneva earlier this year.
Since March, rumors of a design have been circulating and of course Bentley has every interest to get it right, since the SUV is going to make them a lot of money.
Speaking with Inside Line, Bentley spokesman Martin Broomer said the Crewe luxury automaker has plans to reveal new details about this controversial vehicle later in the year. He also said some tweaks could be made, though it’s not clear if the changes will be radical or not.
Broomer minimized the role of the EXP 9 F a bit, saying it’s just a concept, not a pre-production model. Previous rumors suggested Bentley has a few other front ends it has for the SUV that it would show to select customers.
