The high-riding vehicle frenzy has given birth to more such vehicles than ever. Almost every automaker has at least one in its portfolio, from Dacia to Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, and Bentley. Ferrari’s Purosangue is in development, and even McLaren was rumored to launch one a few years ago.
In this story, though, we will focus on the Bentley Bentayga, because it has been turned into a pickup. Don’t go criticizing them, because it did not come from the Crewe factory, but from the rendering world, with spdesignsest behind it.

The digital artist, whose work we’ve covered in the past, retained the overall design of the luxury SUV all the way up to the C pillars. Further back, it has a much longer overhang, extended quarter panels, and small tailgate that provides access to the open bed.

The styling of the rear bumper, diffuser, exhaust pipes, taillights, roof-mounted wing, and everything else soldiers on from the real model, and even if he tried to keep it as simple as possible, it is definitely not a pretty picture. In fact, the new-gen Range Rover, which was also turned into a veritable digital workhorse while retaining the luxury feel and looks by the same artist last month, looked a bit better, in this writer’s opinion anyway.

This is definitely not the first rendering of the Bentayga, and considering that it is a moneymaker for Bentley and will likely stick around for a few more years, it won’t be the last one either. If you want to see yet another such model turned into a pickup, albeit a single-cab one that Australians would call a ute, then you should click this link. Nonetheless, before doing so, don’t forget to check out the images shared in the gallery above, and let us know what you think about a luxury pickup, a real one, not like the dead Mercedes X-Class.
