Here's a very interesting customized bike that brings together the best in several (apparently) different fields: the Benjie's Ducati Monster dubbed the "Monster Tracker". With the Benjie's Cafe Racers (BCR) being deep into modding common bikes into amazing cafe-racers, anyone could have expected the Ducati treading that path, too. However, Benjie wanted something different for his own bike.
Deciding to go for an old-school track racer design, the New Jersey-based customizer had to make the bike as narrow as possible, but the fuel tank was in the way. The custom-built one was slim but it could hold very little gas, so believe it or not, another tank has been integrated in the rear cowl and under the seat, doubling the capacity and setting things straight.

Airbox, wiring and battery have been concealed behind aluminium panels which look just like the (front) tank and keep true to the bike's new character. While the Monster engine received no modding, custom parts have been installed, such as pegs, front end and exhaust line. The 2-in-2 silencers received aluminium heat protectors which also seem to work just well, aside from adding a great old-school scrambler look.

With prospects for installing enduro tires, the BCR Monster Tracker's light new build and shiny polished looks will get an even stranger, yet loveable look. Via Pipeburn.
