We’ve said the mentions about Batman driving Lamborghinis in real life had started to get old on countless occasions. Well, now we have a new car to Bat-ify and it’s the insanely brutish Challenger Hellcat.
To be more precise, the latest actor behind Gotham’s savior suit, Ben Affleck, was recently spotted driving around in a Black Hellcat. With 707 hp on tap and a setup that allows him to smoke those rear tires up to third gear (with traction control on), we can’t blame him.
Sure, with Dodge struggling to ramp up production in order to keep up with the demand, it’s difficult to get your hands on a Hellcat these days. But not if you’re Ben Affleck. Besides, rumor has it the actor bought the muscle machine without a test drive. And no, we haven’t verified the rumor, simply because we don’t consider a test drive necessary for purchasing such a contraption.
Returning to the on-screen performance, the 42-year-old actor will show up inside the latest Batmobile in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. The motion picture is set to hit theaters in March next year.
The story initially showed up on People and it only goes to prove the Hellcat is just as appealing for owners who don’t need to rely on its affordability factor.
P.S.: Aside from the Lambo stories mentioned above, Batman comics have also seen the superhero behind the wheel of a Porsche, so the "garage" just keeps getting bigger and bigger.
