The UK will host a special automotive meeting that will be dedicated to Italian four- and two-wheeled creations. Dubbed “Simply Italian”, the event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 22, at the Beaulieu Parkland.
“Owners of Italian vehicles are invited to bring their car or motorcycle to Beaulieu, both classic and new, and become part of the event. All Italian cars, from Alfa Romeo, Ferrari and Fiat to Maserati and Lamborghini and motorcycles, including Aprilia, Agusta, Benelli and Ducati, are welcome,” stated the press release.
All the participants can enter the Pride of Ownership contest, with the winner getting a GBP100 cash prize and a Beaulieu trophy. A judging panel will choose 20 vehicles that will be displayed in the Main Arena and will take part in a cavalcade, with the winner being selected from these cars and bikes.
Here’s what the organizers have to say to the participants: “For entrants arriving on the day in their Italian vehicle and joining the event on the Beaulieu Parkland, individual prices are adult £10 and child £5. To book in advance or for more information about group or club entry, telephone 01590 612888. All other entries will be via Beaulieu main reception at normal admission prices. Entry into the Beaulieu Parkland with your Italian vehicle is from 8.30am – the Brabazon Restaurant will be open for bacon rolls, cakes, teas and coffees.”
The admission to the event grants access to the entire Beaulieu attraction; the National Motor Museum and World of Top Gear, Palace House and gardens and Beaulieu Abbey.
