So far, we've only seen Street Speed 717's RAM TRX on the farm, especially since it suffered the latest... modifications. It's really only when you see it out on the street among regular vehicles that you realize just how out of this world it looks like.
We've all seen cars with big tires before, but they usually come with a big lift as well, which ensures there's plenty of room under the vehicle to fit them. Not this TRX. Instead of hiking the body, Mike (the owner) decided to do it the only other possible way, which was to widen the track beyond any reasonable limit.

Eight spacers were needed for each of the four wheels before the giant 44-inch mud boggers could be fitted, and even then, the truck's turning ability was severely hampered. It got better once body panels started to fall off, but that pesky front bumper refuses to let go, so the tires will occasionally scrape against it, making an unsettling rattling noise.

Unsettling for us, but not for Mike. After you've jumped your truck, you used it to crush other cars, and you set it alight, not much can happen to it that can still unnerve you. However, this time around, the beaten TRX has a live audience, and not just the hordes of people watching the clip online.

As promised, Mike took the truck to the dealership for its first service. Despite the sorry state, the TRX actually only has 1,100 miles on the clock, so it's probably not even due its first appointment yet. However, the thing with becoming a YouTube sensation is that more and more people are going to see you, and some of the people might even work at an FCA (technically, Stellantis) dealership.

It's not entirely clear whether the guys who came out to welcome Mike (well, mostly to gawk at the RAM TRX) knew about his shenanigans with the truck; judging by their questions, we'd venture to guess they didn't. If that's the case, they need to be commended for the way they handled it. Even though they probably would have liked to, there were no raised eyebrows and no judgmental comments - they acted like true professionals.

Or maybe it's just that the sight of this beastly truck is so engrossing that you simply forget about reason and can only think about how much fun it must have been to get the vehicle in that state.

The guys at the dealership decide to play a prank of their own and tell Mike to ask for Brandon when he phones in to schedule his maintenance appointment. We guess we'll get to see that in the following episode. For now, after seeing the Sherp use a drive-thru, it's time to watch the mightiest of T-Rexes get a BigMac as it needs to do multiple-point turns to navigate the narrow lanes. It's a good thing wasn't in Europe.

Editor's note: Having fun on private property is one thing, but driving on public roads with such poor visibility is not something we condone.
