Battle of the Twin Turbos: Underground Racing vs Heffner

Underground Racing has made a name for itself with the now famous twin-turbo kit for the Lamoborghini Gallardo’s V10 engine. This has been fitted to dozens of cars, including ones that have ended up in Russia and the Middle East. But there’s another US-based company that makes such a kit, and that is Heffner.
Today, we bring you the first video of a road battle between two different twin-turbo Gallardos. The yellow car is a Gallardo Spyder, tuned by Heffner and producing 1100 horsepower on 93 octane (regular) gas.

The orange coupe on black wheels is the work of underground racing. It’s got 1200 horsepower and uses the ‘e-gear’ system, so theoretically it should be faster. But as you can see from this video released by roadtestTV, they’re pretty evenly matched.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
