Even though the Polaris RZR 900 hasn't made the happiest of headlines with the recent recalls, once you've sorted out the issues that plague this quad, here's a neat way to make up for the inconvenience. How about gaining between 10% and 14% extra power from your RZR 900 with a Barker’s Performance exhaust?
Barker’s Performance claims that the power boost after installing their all-new aluminum dual exhaust line will yield 5-7 horsepower, accounting for 10-14% extra power. And even more, the improvements are present throughout the rev range, with enhanced over-rev.

Installing the new Barker’s Performance exhausts requires no modification to the Polaris RZR 900, as the design team made sure they fit neatly under the plastic covers of the SxS. However, Barker’s Performance is convinced that riders who will install the new full system will cut the covers to show off the shiny cans.

The system is made with 6061 aluminum skin and 6061 billet machined end caps and fits Trail, XC, and S model variations. The new exhaust has been engineered and tested in collaboration with Barker’s Performance's IATVHSS and KCORRA Sponsored Rider Matt Corder, and used on his own RZR 900.

Barker's Performance advises riders seeking to squeeze the last bit of power and torque from their Polaris RZR 900 to check out the optional gear that's available with the new exhaust. "Other accessories you might want to consider for your new exhaust system include the Power Commander V Fuel Controller, DynoJet Autotune Module, and the Barkers Quiet Core Insert. Barker’s highly recommends that you install a fuel controller to run alongside your new system, as it will maximize the performance of your exhaust. We recommend the Power Commander V Fuel Controller because we have already mapped it specifically for your Polaris RZR 900 when fitted with the Barkers Full Dual Exhaust System. This fuel controller has proven to deliver the ideal fuel-to-air ratio time and time again with our exhaust systems. Other suggested add-ons are the Spark Arrestor and AutoTune."

Now, before you rush to a Barker's Performance dealer, make sure you contact a Polaris dealer to inspect your RZR 900. The most recent recall mentions over 160 vehicle fires, so this is not to be taken lightly.

The Barker's Performance full exhaust system will set you back $999.
