Ever so glad to see the China-based workshop Bandit9 rolling a new bike out their garage doors. This time, mastermind Daryl Villaueva went for an even more extreme bike than his previous creation Hephaestus: introducing Atlas, the killer-looks bobber.
Originally a Yamaha XVS 400, Atlas now knows a new life in the body of a bike which will starts turning heads the moment it's menacing front end makes it round the corner.
Daryl had to completely rebuild both engine and transmission and bring them back up to spec. The rest was freestyle madness: frame, fork, bars, the amazing front brake bracket, and the monstrous pipes. Rear fender and tail light, headlight and seat, all built in-house. I daresay that the Forty-Eight-ish custom fuel tank looks even better than any Harley could ever dream!
Unfortunately, the Atlas is ready and gone, as it looks like this was a one-off job. Keep 'em coming, Daryl, you're doing it right!
