Baltimore Orioles’ Nelson Cruz just got elected into his third Major League Baseball All-Star Game as a designated hitter for the American League, so of course he needs to ride in class. The 34-year old sportsman just got his Mercedes S 63 pimped-up over at Miami-based Auto Firm shop and it looks pretty good.
In the rare case you actually don’t watch baseball we’ll take a minute to explain. Nelson Ramon Cruz Martinez, best known as “Nellie,” is a Dominican professional baseball outfielder for the Baltimore Orioles team. Before this, he also played for the Milwaukee Brewers and Texas Ranges. Cruz was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the 2011 ALCS against the Detroit Tigers and managed to hit 6 home runs and 13 runs batted in (RBI) that series.

And 2014 was a great year for this fellow’s career. In February he signed a one year, $8 million, contract with the Baltimore Orioles and on Opening Day Cruz hit a go-ahead solo home run off of Jon Lester, to put the Orioles ahead 2-1 against the Boston Red Sox. On July 5, Nellie had his first career 5 hit game, with two singles, two doubles, and a home run, falling a triple shy of the cycle, against the Red Sox. As of the 9th of July, Cruz leads the league in home runs with 28 and leads with the most RBIs, with 73.

All this considered, you’d say the man deserves at least one decent ride to go along with, right? Well, that was solved. And with the help of Alex Varga’s boys the Mercedes S63 looks even better than the actual stock model, which is essentially an S550 sedan, just one with incredible power and a sport-tuned chassis. Enjoy your ride!
