SR Auto Group is back in action, so we are likely to show you even more custom cars fitted with PUR wheels in the coming weeks. But today, we are going to look at a photo set featuring not one but two Aventador SV supercars, one black and the other white.
Now, we know the Aventador is as old as the Christian Bale version of Batman, but that kind of makes it a classic as well. And with a gigantic wing towering above a screaming V12 engine, the 750 horsepower SV demands attention.

"We’re doubling the trouble for this Friday feature. Upping the ante, we have two Lamborghini Aventador SV’s that have been equipped with matching PUR RS23’s. Bred from the same family, and rocking the same shoes, these perfect supercar specimens actually know how to make the heads turn. While the application is the same, the designs do vary from car to car," says SR Auto, the Canadian customizer.

While both cars have been fitted with the same PUR Wheels RS23 design, it's been done in slightly different ways. The white SV features a two-piece design with a center locking hub, whereas the black SV is equipped with the classic five lug system. In both cases, the alloys are 20 inches tall that the front and a slightly larger 21 inches at the rear.

Our favorite is, of course, the white car because of the color contrast and the red in the middle of the wheels. But a lot more could have been done to customize these supercars without ruining them.

On paper, the SV just offers an extra 50 hp compare to the standard Aventador. Nevertheless, Sant’Agata Bolognese engineers were tasked with turning the SV into a machine that redefines Lamborghini standards on the track. And when the result sits just three seconds behind the Porsche 918 Spyder hypercar on the Nurburgring lap time leader board, we can say they’ve been successful. All that aero makes a difference, as do the upgraded brakes and the 110 lbs (50 kg) weight reduction.
