The guys from European Auto Source are used to working on powerful, quick and agile BMWs but this week they had the chance to work on a truly one of a kind car: a Classic Mini Cooper.
The car came into the shop for a quick check-up and left the guys speechless. What they saw on the little hatch impressed them so much, they had to post it on their special blog.
The lime green car has a Honda B16 engine, a full roll cage, a pair of bride racing seats, 6-point racing harnesses, 13" Ultralite Wheels, a big brake kit, fuel cell in the trunk, wide body fenders and an extensive weight reduction plan.
We don't know exactly what kind of a B16 engine this car has but considering the power outputs for this unit varied between 150 and 180 HP you can be sure this is a fast, hardcore Mini.
What's even more surprising is that this little hatch is being used as a daily driver. How about that?
