The main reason for the huge jump most likely comes from the fact that there has been a generation change between last year's survey and the 2013 top, with the new W246 B-Class being launched on the market at the beginning of 2012.

The survey rated the Mercedes-Benz B-Class according to model satisfaction, willingness to buy again and the image of both the brand and the model, with the overall ranking being calculated based on these components.

The ADAC “Kundenbarometer” (Customer Satisfaction) survey takes place every year and about 20,000 people are invited to provide detailed information about their experience and satisfaction with their vehicle.

As you might know already, the Mercedes-Benz B-Class W246 is scheduled for a facelift in 2014, with some pre-production prototypes being caught by our spy photographers in recent weeks.
