A Caterham Superlight car was picked for customization. Created for track days or lakeside rides, the Caterham has a bit more over 530kg, a 1,600cc engine with low consumption, a 6 speed manual gear box, adjustable anti roll bars and suspension and develops 140 horsepower.
As for the two-wheeled, Aznom also presented its customized version of a Vun (a naked bike manufactured by Cr&Motorcycle). With a single cylinder type of engine, the bike running on fuel injection system develops 54 horsepower.
For the Caterham Superlight, Aznom came and reassessed it with a new wood-covered dashboard and a new set of reshaped levers and functional lights. Overall, the “Formula steering-wheel by Aim’, revised by Aznom. This device replaces all the original instrumentation and thanks to a digital display can convey information about the car.
The system is also accessorized with telemetry with GPS sensor, g-meter and lap timer. The equipment interfaces with the new precision camera “Smartcam by Aim” that reproduces camera-car in digital and telemetry chart as in the race world.
Aznom also modified the Caterham’s inner space. The seats are covered with leather with ‘cannelloni’ and piping in color contrast with the car’s bodywork colors: white and mat burgundy. The footstool can be rolled and positioned under the seat.
As for the Aznom Vun, the frame combining tubular steel and aluminum plates was customized by using plenty of carbon details and the same elements for the seat as those used for the Caterham.
