Awesome Ferrari Testa Rossa Sells At Monaco Auction for €5.0 Million

This past weekend, during the Historical GP of Monaco, RM Auctions sold an awesome motor: a 1957 Ferrari 625 TRC, one of only two ever built and a true racing classic.

The car features a 3-liter V12 engine which pumps out 320hp, with six Webber carbs, an alloy four-speed manual gearbox. The car was bought new by the famed racing driver and pioneering American Ferrari importer, John von Neumann.

The car looks awesome and is in pristine condition and due to its rarity and interesting historical background, it sold for no less than €5,040,000 ($6,436,600) to a very lucky collector. During the same auction, alongside the 625 TRC, other cool racing cars were also sold that day, including a Peugeot 908, a Gallardo LP600 GT3, a Ferrari FXX Evo and a pair of Ducati Desmosedici racing bikes.
