The reason why the R8 is the subject of a story today is because our friends at Superior Auto Design have customized one in a really awesome way. As a V10 manual, this car gave it owner plenty of thrills through its service life, and he decided it deserved a special treat.
A custom wrap in matte purple vas just the first step, as carbon fiber detailing was also liberally added throughout. With a slight metallic tint, the wrap is certainly an eye-catcher and is helped by the color of the wheels, held together by a combination of matte and piano-gloss black colors.
